The purpose of the committee is to advise the Executive Director on different options and methods for meeting the Environmental Protection Agencies (EPA) National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements at the Powder Mill Fish Hatchery in New Durham, NH. The committee will make its final report to the Executive Director on or before June 30, 2021.
