
Get set for the season at two free public events in New Hampshire celebrating National Hunting and Fishing Day, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on September 22, 2012. The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department will host a Sporting Expo in Concord, sponsored by the Wildlife Heritage Foundation of New Hampshire, and a family-friendly Open House at Owl Brook Hunter Education Center in Holderness with hands-on activities related to the shooting sports, hunting and trapping. NEW! List of Exhibitors for 2012 Expo
The N.H. Fish and Game Department grounds at 11 Hazen Drive in Concord will be transformed into a giant outdoor Sporting Expo from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on September 22, 2012. Admission is free. Under the big top, representatives from 70+ hunting and fishing-related products and services organizations and companies will present exhibits, demonstrations and activities for visitors. Demos and exhibits throughout the Fish and Game grounds. Conservation Officers and biologists will be on hand to talk about the importance of conservation, hunting and fishing.

Also on September 22, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., come to a family-friendly Open House at Fish and Game’s Owl Brook Hunter Education Center at 387 Perch Pond Road in Holderness, featuring hands-on activities related to the shooting sports, hunting and trapping.
