CONCORD, NH -- The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department will hold a public hearing on Friday, January 26, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. at Fish and Game Headquarters, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH, to discuss various proposed rule readoptions.

This proposal effectively readopts with amendment existing rules on actions taken upon notice of court convictions, periods of suspension for offenses not set in statute, and the procedure to maintain eligibility for lobster and crab licenses after suspension. The rule also readopts with amendment and renumbers actions for OHRV/snowmobile suspensions. In addition, the proposal addresses procedures for suspension hearings held by the Executive Director.

"These are more or less housekeeping changes implementing required readoptions, renumbering where needed, and so forth," explained Executive Director Glenn Normandeau.
