Per the Town of Hooksett, the Lilac Bridge, a former railroad bridge no longer in use, is now condemned and may collapse without notice. It is recommended that boaters not approach or travel under the bridge.

Demolition of the damaged bridge is scheduled to occur between July 7 and July 12, 2017.
