The NH Fish and Game Department is now focusing its Wildlife Action Plan implementation efforts by using the "Highest Ranked Wildlife Habitat by Ecological Condition" maps, which are referenced in the Corps of Engineers New Hampshire Programmatic General Permit (NH PGP), Appendix B, Question 3.2. The "Conservation Focus Area" map that was previously on this page is no longer available and as a result, applicants for Corps of Engineers permits are no longer required to answer Question 3.3 in the NH PGP, Appendix B, which asks: "Would work occur in an area identified as a "Conservation Focus Area" (purple areas)?"
