Expect Construction Delays on Adams Point Road to Great Bay Boat Access (Durham, N.H.)

CONCORD, N.H. -- The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, in cooperation with the University of New Hampshire, will reconstruct Adams Point Road in Durham, N.H., from early October through through mid-November, 2011. Fish and Game's Adams Point boat ramp to Little Bay and the Adams Point Wildlife Management Area will remain open for public use during this time, however, hunters, anglers and the general public are advised to proceed with caution on Adams Road. The road will be narrow and you may encounter construction delays of 20 minutes or more. Parking may be limited.

Fish and Game Department's Facilities Construction and Lands Division acquires land for public water access sites, refurbishes existing sites and builds new public boat access areas.
