Registration Open for Fall N.H. “Becoming an Outdoors-Woman” Workshop
CONCORD, N.H. – Women who want to learn outdoor skills can sign up now for New Hampshire’s Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) fall weekend workshop, which takes place on September 10-12, 2010, at Rockywold/Deephaven Camps on Squam Lake in Holderness, N.H. Participants select four sessions from an offering of more than 30 outdoor skills courses, including archery, fishing and fly-fishing, hunting, bowhunting, field dressing big and small game, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, muzzleloader, rifle, shotgun, nature photography, outdoor survival, campfire cooking, mountain biking, navigation with map and compass, and more.

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, by mail or in person at the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, 11 Hazen Drive, in Concord, N.H. Classes fill up fast, so sign up soon if you are interested. Participants must be 18 years or older.
