Marine Rule Hearing November 10 on Lobster Landing Application Changes
DURHAM, N.H. -- The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department will hold a public hearing on proposed marine rule changes on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at 7 p.m. in the Hilton Garden Room at the Portsmouth Public Library, 175 Parrott Avenue, Portsmouth, N.H.
The proposed rules would make small changes in the information required on various marine license forms, such as home telephone number and crew size on a vessel, if applicable, and adopt Fis 1105.06 relative to the information on the license form for landing lobster and crabs. The rules would affect people wishing to acquire the commercial saltwater license, commercial clam license, lobster and crab license, wholesale marine species license or the new landing license for lobster and crab.
