Campers will be involved in lots of activities, including kayaking, going out on a research vessel to study and monitor the water quality and shellfish of Great Bay, participating in on-site fisheries research and much more. The camp runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, with pick-up by 4:00 p.m.
The cost for the week is $200 for Great Bay Steward members and $250 for non-members. The fee includes all activities, field trip transportation, daily healthy snack and a cookout on the last day. Campers should bring a change of clothing and a lunch. Registration is limited to 14 girls. For more information and to register, call the Great Bay Discovery Center at 603-778-0015.
