Free Talk on Downriggers and Trolling March 25, 2009

CONCORD, N.H. - Want to be more successful fishing on the big lakes this season?  Pick up some strategies at a free talk called "Downriggers and Trolling" on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at 7 p.m. at New Hampshire Fish and Game Department Headquarters, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H.  No pre-registration is required.  The session is part of Fish and Game's spring series of free fishing talks by expert New Hampshire anglers.

At the talk, registered New Hampshire fishing guides Jason Parent and Travis Williams will introduce their innovative trolling tactics, techniques and tools.  If you're tired of trolling in circles, this talk is for you!

"The big fish are waiting -- come find out how to hook 'em," said Mark Beauchesne, Fish and Game's Advertising and Promotions Coordinator. "You'll be primed for the upcoming salmon season and beyond!"

Don't forget -- the series kicks off this week with a talk on Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at 7 p.m. on "Fly Fishing New Hampshire's Upper Connecticut River for Trophy Trout," also at Fish and Game headquarters in Concord, N.H.
