CONCORD, N.H. -- The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department's boat ramp on Turtletown Pond in Concord, N.H., will be closed on weekdays from September 8 through September 30, 2008, as Fish and Game conducts repairs to the existing boat ramp. During this time, the boat ramp and parking area will be closed to the launching of boats; however, the canoe/kayak area and parking will be available on the weekends each week from 4:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday evening.

The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department works in partnership with the public to conserve, manage and protect the state's fish, wildlife and marine resources and their habitats. The Department's Land Resources Bureau acquires land for public water access sites, and its Support Services Division refurbishes existing sites and builds new public access areas. Visit
