Free Talk on Downriggers and Trolling

CONCORD, N.H. -- Wish you could be more successful fishing on the big lakes?  Find out about the equipment and techniques you need to catch salmon all summer long at a free talk called "Downriggers and Trolling" on Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at 7 p.m. at New Hampshire Fish and Game Department Headquarters, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, N.H.  No pre-registration is required.  The session is part of Fish and Game's spring series of free fishing talks by expert New Hampshire anglers.

In their talk on "Downriggers and Trolling," registered New Hampshire fishing guide Jason Parent and Travis Williams of the fishing resource website will introduce trolling tactics, techniques and tools.  If you're tired of trolling in circles, this talk is for you!

"The big fish are waiting -- come to the talk and find out how to hook 'em," said Mark Beauchesne, Fish and Game's Advertising and Promotions Coordinator. "You'll be primed for the upcoming salmon season and beyond!"
