Public Hearing on Marine Rule Changes to Be Held Wednesday, October 3, 2007
DURHAM, N.H. -- The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department will hold a public hearing on proposed marine rule changes on Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at the Urban Forestry Center at 45 Elwyn Road in Portsmouth, N.H.
The proposed rule changes under consideration would affect:
- Changes to the marking and tending of gear to provide protection to whales; and
- The transfer of Limited Commercial and Commercial lobster licenses.
