Media Invited to Join Executive Councilor Ray Burton for Tour of Fish and Game Facilities

CONCORD, N.H. -- News media and outdoor writers are invited to join District 1 Executive Councilor Raymond Burton and New Hampshire Fish and Game Department Acting Executive Director Donald S. Clarke on Thursday, September 27, 2007, for a tour of several Fish and Game facilities and projects in Executive Council District 1.  The tour will include photo opportunities and a variety of story leads.  Members of the media are welcome to accompany the tour for all or part of the day's events.

Following is the touring schedule for the day:

8:00 a.m.         Depart from Fish and Game Region 2 Office - New Hampton

8:30 - 10:30 a.m.  Owl Brook Hunter Education Center - Holderness

        8:30 - 9:00 a.m.    Fish and Game Media Marketing Initiative
        9:00 - 9:30            "Leave No Child Inside" initiative
        9:30 - 10:00          Owl Brook Hunter Education Center programs
      10:00 - 10:30          Meet with retired Conservation Officers

10:45 - 11:45 a.m.      Private Lands Small Grant Habitat Program - Holderness
