Weekly Closure Comments Closed due to rainfall on May 22, 2013 Little Harbor is now closed for the season.  Weather permitting, the area will reopen for harvest in late October or early November. Recreational harvest of surf clams and quahogs is limited to approved waters within 500 feet of the low tide line.  Harvest of these species in the offshore area (seaward of the 500 line) is restricted to licensed bait harvesters.
